APPLICATION INFORMATION
We ask anyone interested in GREAT BEGINNINGS Montessori School to schedule an observation time when you can see the school and meet the teachers. At that time, if you would like to apply to the school, we will give you the necessary forms. Later we will schedule an interview with you and your child to come to the classroom to meet with a teacher and director for a short visit.
APPLICATION SCHEDULE
- Parents come to the school for a classroom observation in late fall (October through December). At this time the Director will meet with them to review the program and answer questions. Applications are given out at this time.
- Interview appointments for the child and parents are scheduled following the receipt of the application. The interview is informal and provides an opportunity for the teacher to assess the child’s developmental skills and suitability to the Montessori environment.
- You will be notified of our decision within 2 weeks. Upon acceptance a $500 deposit is required to hold your child’s space.
ACCREDITATION
GREAT BEGINNINGS Montessori School is an American Montessori School (AMS) accredited school and belongs to the Montessori Schools of Connecticut.
